The State General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection
and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) had promulgated
the "Detailed Rules on the Implementation of Registration for Overseas
Supply Enterprise Exporting Scrap Materials as Raw Materials" and
commenced accepting application for the registration on May 8, 2004.

and click on Notice No. 48 for detailed information. Application form
for the registration can be found in the attachment 1 of Notice No.
115 (2003). All applications should be mailed directly to AQSIQ in Beijing.
