Course Description:

The Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Animal Food regulation (referred to as the Preventive Controls for Animal Foodregulation) is intended to ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing and holding of food products for animal consumption in the United States. The regulation requires that certain activities must be completed by a “preventive controls qualified individual” who has “successfully completed training in the development and application of risk-based preventive controls, or is otherwise qualified through job experience to develop and apply a food safety system”. This course developed by the FSPCA is the “standardized curriculum” recognized by FDA; successfully completing this course is one way to meet the requirements for a “preventive controls qualified individual.”
These courses are taught by Lead Instructors trained by the FSPCA, who have been instructed in how to teach the FDA-recognized standardized curriculum.

FSMA《人类食品预防性控制》法规标准课程培训(动物食品)

课程介绍

美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA) 于2015年9月颁布了最终版本的《食品安全现代化法案》(FSMA) 配套法规:适用于动物食品的现行良好操作规范 (cGMP),危害分析和基于风险的预防性控制(21 CFR, Part 507)。该法规要求美国国内每个动物食品及添加剂或原料生产工厂应配备FSMA预防控制合格人员(Preventive Control Qualified Individual; PCQI),以建立食品安全计划文件 (Food Safety Plan),这项要求同样适用于出口动物食品到美国的境外企业达到同样水平。因此我国的动物食品及添加剂出口生产企业,按照要求应配备有资质的PCQI人员。
由美国食品安全性预防性控制联盟(FSPCA)推出的动物食品预防性控制培训课程就是为生产企业培训预防控制合格人员(PCQI)而设计,并得到美国FDA认可的标准培训课程。按照美国FSMA法规的要求,生产动物食品及添加剂或原料企业中,建立和实施食品安全计划的人员,必须完成培训掌握人类食品预防性控制措施的知识。
为了帮助出口企业更好地掌握该配套法规的内容,中国质量认证中心(CQC)与中检集团北美公司(CCIC North America Inc.)联合推出了FSMA人类食品预防性控制措施的培训,由中检集团北美有限公司农食部总经理Phillips Richard任首席培训讲师 (Lead Instructor)。参加并顺利完成培训的人员可以获得美国FDA认可的食品安全预防控制联盟 (FSPCA) 培训证书。
